For domestic orders (In Egypt) we allow refunds or exchanges for another size or model within 14 days of receiving your order. There is an exchange/return fee to be paid upon delivery in order to cover the shipping costs. The cost ranges from 80 EGP to 125 EGP depending on your location and order.

• Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods to us.
• Orders placed online can be exchanged in stores, however refunds can only be processed through our online sales channel by contacting our support team.
• Orders purchased in stores can be exchanged online or in stores, but can only be refunded from any of our stores.

For international orders (outside of Egypt), we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless in the rare case that the item received is faulty or defective.
