Returns and Exchanges

For domestic orders: We allow for refunds or exchanges for another size or print within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

Sale items:
Items on sale can only be exchanged, and are not eligible for refunds. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any international orders at this time (outside of Egypt) unless in the rare case that the item received is faulty or defective.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

We have the right to deny exchange if the item does not meet policy requirements. The item will be returned to you, and the customer will be charged for delivery costs.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning good to us.

In the rare case of receiving a faulty or defective item, Kai Collections will be responsible for costs associated with returning the product.

For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Kai Collections will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.

How to exchange:
To exchange your product, you should contact us at info@kaicollections.com with your order number and exchange details and we will process your exchange or refund for you and inform with any additional steps required.
